Bayh won't seek Senate re-election - CNN.com

Sen. Evan Bayh, D-Indiana, said Monday afternoon that he won't seek a third term in the Senate -- a major blow to Democrats worried about losses in the midterm elections.

I have to wonder about his reasoning. "Congress isnt operating as it should." Using that logic, I wish ALL of Congress (with a couple of exceptions) would resign and lets start over with people who actually care about this country and not just their pockets.
