So the mom here is upset that CSX doesnt have fences around all of its’ tracks? What about her being responsible (or rather, selecting someone responsible enough) for watching her children? Having a 13 year old who is more concerned about what the latest pop tart is doing “watching” your children is a recipe for disaster. I think she should be happy her child isnt dead and move on with it rather than filing a frivolous lawsuit and wasting her time, the courts time and having to pay a lawyer for yet another frivolous lawsuit clogging up our court system. But I am sure she will get something from CSX just to keep it from getting that far.. gotta love the legal system!
