Hooray for banks that didn’t take TARP funds

    I wonder why the banks that didnt get TARP funds are doing MUCH better in the markets than those that did?? Things that make you go “Hmmmm..”

I also wonder if those bank that did take TARP funds have learned anything from this.. probably not though.
