[bn:WBTKR=MSFT:US] Microsoft Corp. [] Chief Executive Officer [bn:PRSN=1] Steven Ballmer [] said the world’s largest software company would move some employees offshore if Congress enacts President [bn:PRSN=1] Barack Obama []’s plans to impose higher taxes on U.S. companies’ foreign profits.
    So this is how they propose to create more jobs in the U.S.? Sounds more to me like it will end up costing more jobs (and revenue) than it would bring (or save). How is this smart business?
